We appreciate your interest in Water's Edge Holiday Home. We ask that guests please note the following:-

- no parties, events or additonal persons are allowed at the property

- sorry we do not rent to student-aged groups

- only those persons confirmed as guests permitted onto the property at any time

- all facilities at the property are for the use of confirmed guests only

- as Water's Edge is a beachfront property parking and turning is limited. Accordingly, we ask that guests please do not bring trailers, boats or jet skis to Water's Edge. The Bay of Islands Marina which is just in the next bay to Water's Edge has excellent facilities to house trailers, boats etc.

- all guests are asked to adhere to whatever COVID-19 safety regulations as imposed by the Government are in place at the time of their stay.
